The process

How Primagevity works.

From the first question to ongoing care, here is exactly what happens once your place opens. No black boxes, no guesswork.

01

Share your goals

Start with a thorough online assessment. Tell us what you want to change in how you look, feel and perform, along with your health history, lifestyle and current medications. It takes about ten minutes, with no commitment.

02

Clinical review & pathology

An Australian-registered practitioner reviews your profile. Where it is useful, we arrange relevant pathology so decisions are based on your actual biology, not guesswork. If something is not right for you, we will tell you plainly.

03

Your personalised program

If you are suitable, your practitioner designs a program around your goals, with clear guidance on what to do, what to expect and how progress is measured. You will always understand the plan before you begin.

04

Ongoing care & adjustments

Your care team stays with you: scheduled check-ins, responsive support and adjustments as your goals and body evolve.

Clinical support, end to end.

One care team from the first consult onwards, across the whole program.

A dedicated care team

Practitioners and support staff who know your history and are easy to reach when you need them.

Pathology where indicated

Objective markers, tracked over time, so your program is grounded in evidence rather than guesswork.

A plan made for you

Built around your goals and reviewed regularly. Adjusted as life, training and biology change.

Scheduled reviews

Regular check-ins to measure progress, answer questions and keep everything on track.

Straight answers

Clear, honest guidance on what is working and why, so you always understand your own program.

No surprises, ever.

Pricing is shared in full before you commit: what is included, what is not, and what anything additional might cost. You pay once per consult. Nothing is locked in.
